that statement pierced my heart, like no other.. i needed to hear those words from someone.. all through life, i walked w/ the concept that one of the ultimate goals, as mirrored in the famous book Death of a Salesman, was to be "well-liked".. to support that, leslie's testimony states, "i dont think there's anything negative you could EVER say about mich!" which to my understanding, was the way to live.. be a peacemaker.. don't take sides.. be neutral.. don't cause trouble.. be obedient.. then this mornin on the radio, i received a rude awakenin.. the pastor noted the unquestionable duty for christians to please one person - our Divine Father.. regardless of all those in authority & higher ranking..
hmmm.. more on this later.. need to cram for my test.. i'm out!
